- While I will not provide a detailed meal plan, I will help you figure out what foods make you feel your best*
- I will remind you that it’s not about perfection; it’s about healthy lifestyle (spiritually and physically).
- I will support you, but I can’t (and won’t) do the work for you If you aren’t committed to making changes and moving forward, then coaching may not be the right choice for you.
- I will not recommend pills, surgery, wraps or other drastic weight loss measures when discussing healthy lifestyle/weight loss.
- I will always be honest with you.
- I will recommend seeking additional help or services from other medical or mental health providers if I believe your needs go beyond my abaility to help you. Your safety and health is what matters most to me!
